GENERAL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Sausages
Meatballs
Burger Patties
SAUSAGES
PAN-FRYING/GRILLING

Remove the sausages from the freezer, thaw them and let them come up to room temperature.

Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Heat up your pan/grill, add a little oil (for pan frying) and aim for a medium high heat.

Once the sausages are up to room temperature, place them on the pan/grill.

After 2 minutes, flip the sausages over, and cook them for another 2 minutes.

Once done cooking, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
AIR-FRYING

Set your air fryer temperature to 200 deg C.

Place the frozen sausages in the air fryer and make sure that there is enough space between them.

Set the timer for 10 minutes. Halfway through the cook time, make sure to flip the sausages over in order to brown both sides.

Your sausages are ready to be served.
MEATBALLS
PAN-FRYING

Defrost the meatballs and let them come up to room temperature.

Place a pan on the stove, bring up the temperature to a medium heat, and coat the pan with some cooking oil.

Fry the meatballs in the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.

Your meatballs are ready!
Some helpful pointers:
If cooking together with meatball sauce or other sauces, start with a high heat and shorten the cook time to around 1 minute per side to obtain a golden brown exterior.
BAKING

Preheat an oven to 200 deg C (425 deg F).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray/coat with some cooking oil.

Place the meatballs on the baking sheet, making sure that there is some space in between every meatball.

Spray/coat the meatballs with some cooking oil.

Cook the meatballs for about 15-20 minutes.

Your meatballs are ready!

If cooking together with meatball sauce or other sauces, shorten the cooking time to about 10 minutes.
AIR-FRYING

Place the frozen meatballs into an air fryer and set the temperature to 200 deg C (425F).

Cook the meatballs for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Your meatballs are ready!

PATTIES
PAN-FRYING/GRILLING

Heat up a pan/your grill to medium high heat, and coat the pan with some cooking oil.

Fry the patties in the pan/on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.

Your patties are ready! Serve on toasted brioche buns with some lovely caramelised onions and melted cheese.
